We will prepare your desired seating arrangement — either a table and chairs with place settings for the children or a picnic setup on the ground.

You have access to almost all HayKid areas. In the week before the event, you will receive a PDF with all the important information about the playroom as well as your personal door code.

We recommend allowing plenty of time for setup and takedown. Many families arrive about an hour before their guests to prepare everything at a relaxed pace.
With the Frischling-package, you get a private birthday room. The rest of the play area can be shared with up to 8 regular HayKid guests during this time.
With Gams and Rothirsch , you have the entire HayKid exclusively to yourselves.

Of course! You can bring your own decorations to match your child's chosen theme.
If you wish, we can also try to implement certain topics or wishes for you — simply inquire via email.
Ideally, we need the final number of children about 1 week before the celebration so that we can prepare the seating.
For animations, we would appreciate an approximate number of participants about 3 weeks in advance, so that we can prepare sufficient materials.
Our kitchen can be used during your celebration and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed birthday.

A cleaning fee of up to €150 may be charged for rooms left heavily soiled or untidy.

Everything you need to know about birthdays in HayKid
Yes. A deposit of €150 is required for the reservation. This will then be credited towards the final bill.
The " Newcomer Package" includes a team member on site, as regular game operations can take place in parallel.

The Gams package is organized as a self-service event. However, we are always available by phone and can come by in case of emergency.

With the Red Deer Package, a HayKid team member accompanies the 1-hour animation.
Of course! You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks and drinks.

Yes! We provide a small selection of forest decorations as well as a birthday banner.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, we do not provide helium balloons or helium tanks.
